Accredited by the British Veterinary Nurses Association (BVNA), our Pet Loss Support in Veterinary Practice distance learning programme for veterinary professionals is aimed at developing practical skills and knowledge to enable safe practice. It covers topics such as loss and grief, euthanasia, grief in surviving animals as well as communication skills for providing emotional support.

The course will help veterinary professionals involved in supporting clients through pet loss to understand the human-companion animal bond and to develop your existing skills to ensure you are offering the right level of support to each individual client.
