What is a webinar?
The term webinar is short for Web-based Seminar, a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web - it happens LIVE, online and you will see presentations, pictures, videos, a tutor or guest speaker, all at the comfort of your desktop or laptop computer.
Webinars are great because they enable more people to attend more seminars - it costs less in time and money AND it reduces your carbon footprint because it means less travelling! Brilliant!
