Open College accredited correspondence course
SCAS developed one of the first training manuals on pet bereavement and, in conjunction with The Blue Cross, has developed a correspondence training course accredited by the Open College Network. This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about supporting grieving pet owners and is particularly suitable for those working in the following fields:
- Veterinary profession eg vets, vet nurses, vet receptionists
- Animal welfare
- Related support services eg counselling, mental health
