Plasterboard partitions and wall cladding

Construction of the supporting structure
Installation of drywall is carried out with the help of appropriate fasteners - a suitable structure of profiles is constructed. For its implementation, special steel profiles are used, made of corrosion-protected (most often galvanized) sheet metal, which is cold-molded. Manufacturers of dry construction systems offer various types of profiles, which we can summarize as follows:
- wall profiles that serve for the construction of lightweight partition walls, wall cladding;
- ceiling profiles for the construction of suspended ceiling structures, ceiling cladding, walls and attics;
- reinforcing profiles for placing doors in partitions and strengthening the structure of profiles in non-standard solutions.

Installation of GCL
After the structure is built, the installation of drywall becomes relatively easy – the necessary pieces are cut out and fastened with screws for steel profiles.

Filling with mortar between drywall sheets
Grouting of joints between plasterboard slabs and filling of side seams at the junctions to the wall or ceiling occurs with the help of finishing putty.
There are 4 types of putties:
- putty for grout using reinforcing tape;
- finishing putty;
- double-function putty (grout and final putty);
- putty for grout without the use of reinforcing tape for edges.

Partitions and cladding
During the construction of drywall partitions, the technical parameters of the profiles (type, thickness of the steel sheet and external dimensions) are required. In addition, it is necessary to check the maximum distance and type of attachment and make a comparison with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the corresponding system. To install profiles, plastic dowels with a steel screw are usually used, which depend on the type of base, but not less than 6 x 40 mm. at a maximum distance of 100cm. The sealing tape is usually made of foamed polyethylene or other durable elastic material with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. In addition, it is also important to take into account the design choice regarding the holes in the wall (doors and windows).

Sheathing is performed in two main ways:
by directly gluing plasterboard slabs to the wall;
by building an appropriate structure of profiles.
The first method is preferred when the irregularities are relatively small (up to 20 mm.). In cases of large irregularities, it is necessary to make a structure to which the plates are attached. The construction of the structure is preferred and is often the only possible option on walls that are strongly curved (most often when repairing old buildings). The cladding can be completely independent of the wall or attached using metal suspension elements. Appropriate heat and sound insulation can be placed between the shell and the wall, and various installations can also be laid - electric and tubular. в это время делать ставки на события на выводимые средства mostbet По правилам букмекера, клиента в любой момент могут попросить о верификации аккаунта
