Pragmatic Play's B2B partnership with CDP Gaming Technologies' YesPlay brand debuts in South Africa

Pragmatic Play continues to expand into new markets with a B2B partnership with licensed online betting platform provider CDP Gaming Technologies for its South African YesPlay brand Lion Bet Prediction.

The multi-vertical deal with the Johannesburg-based provider will allow the manufacturer's South African license holders to become a distributor of Pragmatic Play products in the country.

The Gibraltar-based provider will initially distribute its live casino package, which is available from desktops and laptops to smartphones, tablets and VR gadgets, live across the country, with slots and virtual sports products coming in the "near future."

A booming market:

CDP Gaming Technologies director and co-owner Tebogo Makamo commented on the new partnership...

"Pragmatic Play is the latest provider to enter the South African market in partnership with CDP Gaming Technologies, and we are very excited to be the first operator to offer their content to South African players."

"CDP and Pragmatic Play will strive to bring innovative and award-winning games to South Africa's thriving gaming industry."

Global presence:

The deal is just one in a series of ongoing global expansion of the provider, which has entered into various commercial agreements, including most recently with Colombian operator BetPlay, as well as with other Latin American companies Bplay in Argentina, Bplay Paraguay, SellatuParley in Venezuela and BetConnections, in the Dominican Republic with Superbets and in Peru with Solbet.

In 2021, Pragmatic also has deals with Mansion's Asian M88 brand, UK operator Buzz Bingo and SkillOnNet's PlayOJO brand, Greentube's Italian B2C brand StarVegas.it, and in Bulgaria with EGT Digital.

South Africa debut:

Commenting on the agreement, Pragmatic Play's African business development manager Solomon Godwin said in a company press release

"We are very pleased to partner with CDP Gaming Technologies, a leading provider of licensed betting platforms in South Africa, as the distributor of our products in that country.

"Through this partnership, South African gambling enthusiasts will have access to all of Pragmatic Play's innovative, award-winning live dealer games, and we are excited to make our market debut."

The live casino game set, which includes roulette, baccarat and blackjack, continues to be a success, combining classic games for brick-and-mortar and conventional establishments with an "optimized" offering for online marketplaces to provide an exciting gaming experience.

Slots and Rewards:

Pragmatic's latest game, Joker King, launched simultaneously with the announcement of the YesPlay deal, and mid-week came the news of the "Most Responsible Gaming Content Provider in Europe" award from CFI magazine.
