Postdoc opening to study Working Dog Behaviour (US citizens/Permanent Residents)

The Penn Vet Working Dog Center at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on a project investigating the genetics of working dog behaviour.

The position will utilize historical data on working detection dogs as well as carry out behavioural studies of dogs in training to help create a database of phenotypic data to compare with the dogs’ genotypes. Prior experience with dogs, especially working dogs, is preferred, as is experience planning and carrying out behavioural studies.

This position is limited to US Citizens/Permanent Residents due to the funding source.
